You can make an appointment in a variety of ways:

• By visiting our Consulting Room
• By telephone

We have two types of appointment. If you feel you need to see a doctor on the same day, you will be offered an appointment with the duty doctor (who may not be your usual doctor). If you wish to make a more planned appointment with your usual doctor, you will be offered one as soon as one is available.

Many problems can be simply solved by speaking to the doctor. Please either contact the doctor via our online form, or telephone before 12:00. Your phone number will be taken, including a mobile, and the doctor will aim to ring you within a reasonable time.

We advise you to see your usual doctors on most occasions. This generally leads to a better quality of care and a more satisfying service for you.

Evening and weekend appointments

The surgery is open from 09:00-11:15 on a Saturday and on Monday evenings from 18:30-20:30. These sessions will offer routine appointments available to patients to book in advance.

The phone lines will not be open, and if you have a problem needing on the day attention please phone 111, the out of hours service, and not the practice.
