Did you know that your local community pharmacy (Cox and Robinson in Olney) provide a service called the New Medicine Service (NMS). If you are prescribed a new medicine to treat certain long-term conditions, you can get advice and support from them over the first few weeks of starting your new medicine. They will try and find solutions for any problems you may encounter, but if they are not able to, they will signpost you to the relevant healthcare professional.
