Prescriptions

Your prescription will be ready for collection at the surgery, or at your nominated chemist two working days later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

Please do not use this facility to request past or one off medication. This service is for repeat requests only.

If you wish to order a repeat prescription online, please visit the practice to set this up. You will need to provide a form of photographic identification and fill out a form.
